a little about us…
Ryefield Hops is an independent family business that started growing hops in 2017.
Morgan, Jade & Karen now have 12 acres of trellis and are growing over 4.5 tonne of product each year.
We grow 9 versatile varieties ranging from 5% AA up to 17% AA and all our products are Certified Sustainable.
When you buy hops from Ryefield, you are communicating directly with the growers themselves. The trio grow, process and sell everything onsite.
Bemboka, NSW
Bemboka is half way between Sydney and Melbourne and only a couple of hours from Canberra.
Bemboka’s latitude is -36.6 making it an ideal location to grow hops!

WHAT WE OFFER
T-90 pellets
5KG FOILS
Available year-round.
Hops are pelletised at low temperatures (<50 deg)
All foils are nitrogen purged and vacuum sealed.
All varieties have a detailed CoA.
Fresh Hops
Use our hops in your craft beer fresh off the bine without being processed at all!
Ryefield Hops are eager to work with breweries to facilitate fresh hopped beer. This beer can only occur at harvest time each year (February/March) and the fresh hops should be brewed within 48 hours of picking.
Frozen fresh hops are also available on preorder.
Dried hops
Our hops are dried to the optimum % dry weight and sealed in a nitrogen purged vacuum bag. Dry hops should be stored in a fridge and will maintain their freshness and aromas for up to 12 months if stored correctly.
We encourage you to preorder whole cone hops to ensure availability.
