If you’re a homebrewer keen on using your own hops in your brews - this is the workshop for you!
The workshop will be held on farm at Ryefield Hops, Bemboka.
You will leave with a few crowns (hop plants) to plant in our own backyard and the knowledge about how to grow them.
During the growing season at Ryefield Hops you can have a unique culinary experience on a commercial hop farm. Sit amongst the hop bines on a summers night and immerse yourself in the magical backdrop. You will be part of a long table dining experience with local produce, local chefs and local craft beer and wine.
Tickets available: 100 guests each night.
Dine in the Bines will become a biennial event. The next Dine in the Bines will be January 2027.
Touch and smell hop cones straight off the bine & enjoy craft beer tastings on a Far South Coast hop farm.
Walk through an enchanted field of 6m high hops while learning how they're grown, harvested & dried from the owners and growers themselves. Visit the custom processing facility to see firsthand how hops are packaged before being sent to breweries.
Tours are available during the growing season (October - February).
Tour duration is 90 minutes.
