DINE IN THE BINES
Dine in the Bines is an enchanted evening celebrating local produce, agriculture and community connection. Visualise a grand dining table nestled set amongst hop bines dripping with flowers soon to be harvested. This intimate and extremely unique event is only offered ONCE A YEAR to 100 guests who will walk away with an unforgettable experience.
This event is a sensory and visual immersion into the world of hops which includes a gourmet dinner from renowned local chefs and music throughout the evening. Craft beer, wine and gin are on offer from the onsite bar.
The small village of Bemboka in NSW is located half way between Sydney and Melbourne on the beautiful Sapphire Coast. While you are visiting the area there is an abundant of things to see and do on both land and sea with some world-class restaurants and bars in the area.

After careful consideration, we have decided not to host our long table dinner in 2026. This decision will allow us to fully focus our resources and attention on hop production during the upcoming season.
We plan to host the next Dine in the Bines in early February 2027. Please sign up to our mailing list to be part of this unique dining experience. Information will be emailed closer to the date.
