Plants are currently growing so won’t be delivered until they are dormant in winter. Please don’t expect immediate delivery. Your order will be posted in August and you will receive an email prior to dispatch.

Hops are a perennial plant that can be used for brewing, shade cover during summer and they also have medicinal properties.

Rhizomes are stored in a coolroom over winter and can be planted in September - October. They will develop their roots first before shooting through the soil.

It’s recommended to plant 2-3 rhizomes per hole. Whereas you only need one crown/hop plant per hole.

Hops can be used for decorative purposes or grown to be harvested for brewing/medicinal purposes.

You can purchase 1 hop rhizomes or 10,000 rhizomes/hop plants from Ryefield Hops. Large quantities need to be ordered by end of November to ensure sufficient quantities are propagated per variety.
